Malisa is our receptionist at Gardner Contracting. Malisa has been with Gardner for 1 year. You will most likely talk to Malisa when calling the office number. She will help you get in contact with whoever you need or put you in our system to have one of our Project Managers contact you.
Amanda Berg is a Production Assistant. Amanda has been in the roofing industry for 6 years. Amanda works hand in hand with Mike and Heather. Amanda is a lot of help in the office getting all of our subcontractors and employees on schedule.
Latiah (Tia) Haley is our Office Manager. Tia came to us as a Colorado State University graduate and Colorado Native. Tia is one of the most versatile members of our Team. Assisting with company finances, HR, and supporting other Team members are just some of the hats she wears on a daily basis. Tia handles all of the behind the scene details with ease, and her dedication to those details helps keep Gardner in the lead of our competitors.
Heather Sutcliffe is a Production Assistant. Heather has been in the roofing industry for 7+ years. Heather works hand in hand with Mike and Amanda. Heather tackles whatever is on her plate in timely fashion.
Gardner Contracting employs eight Site Managers. On days when your work is getting completed, you will see one of the Gardner Site Managers at the project. The Site Managers oversee the project operations. They make sure all the materials needed for the job are there and that the build goes on without a hitch.
Cody has been in the roofing industry for 7 years and just joined the team at Gardner. Cody also has 4 years of experience as an insurance adjuster. Cody is a dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional. Cody has the expertise to be able to help you pick out a roofing system that works for your house.
Ken McGonagill is a Project Manager. Ken has been in the general contracting industry for 40+ years. Ken is devoted to providing our customers with the upmost best customer service. His knowledge of roofing construction is backed by years of experience and hard work.
Cole is a Colorado native and was raised in Colorado Springs. He began his career in 2006 working as a property claims adjuster. He decided to make a change in the spring of 2015 when he joined the Gardner team as a Project Manager, where his experience and commitment to customer service have made him a valuable addition. Cole has managed projects ranging in complexity from single family home repairs to large commercial roofing system replacements. Our customers enjoy working with Cole because he explains everything upfront and is very responsive.
Gary Chenoweth is a Project Manager and the Branch Manager of our Colorado Springs Office. Gary has been in the roofing and restoration industry for 10 years and before that, was a Senior Property Adjuster for Allstate Insurance for 8 years. He was also Allstate’s Quality Evaluator before he left to join the restoration industry. Gary’s experience and expertise for the last 18 years has made him very well qualified to handle your insurance claims and your roofing needs and he looks forward to giving you the best product and customer service in the industry!
Mike Brown is the production manager for Gardner Contracting. Mike has been in the roofing industry for 6 years. You can count on Mike to resolve any issues in a timely manner. Mike’s attention to detail makes Gardner customers very satisfied.
Chuck Gardner is the owner of Gardner Contracting. Chuck’s 25+ years in roofing and contracting enabled him to build Gardner Contracting into what it is today. Chuck continually strives to stay above the competition in both knowledge and quality. Insurance companies put their trust in Gardner for both referrals and education.
Scott began his career in 2008 working as a property claims adjuster. He joined our team in 2018 as a Project Manager, where his experience and commitment to customer service have made him a valuable asset. Scott also takes the time to educate our customers regarding the process and products so that they’re able to make the best decision for their family. Our customers enjoy working with Scott because he offers an efficient process between the insurance claim and the scope of work to be completed.
Larry Doby has been a Project Manager with Gardner since May of 2016. Starting in 2004, Larry was a residential and commercial property claims adjuster. By 2011, Larry was a Property Claim Team Lead. Larry will not only be an asset in the identification of the most subtle hail damage but he also produces estimates to the insurance company that they find easy, understandable, and reasonable.
